technology
- We offer user specific complete solutions in the field of resistance welding technology.
A crucial factor for the quality of the weld joint is the optimum choice of the welding current control.
We carry out welding tests to determine the control type and kind of current required. Our longstanding experience will help you to make the right choice.
Important features of our system:
-Preselectable programs
-Control mode for constant current, power and voltage
-Quality assurance by measuring and logging of parameters
-Software update via internet
-Universal control panel with patch cord to the power source
-Various interfaces for connection of computer systems
- With MATUSCHEK we have a partner who supplies latest inverter control systems since 1985. Our resistance welding engineering team assures – in cooperation with well-known users - the ongoing enhancement of our hardware and software systems.
- The compact high-frequency inverter of the SPATZH6000 series, featuring a clock frequency of 20.000 Hz, is a universal and low-cost alternative to all of the transistor-controlled power supplies for micro welding and small component welding. This inverter assures high-performance, lasting welding capability functioning with just as much precision at 100 A as it does at 9,000 A.
- The new medium-frequency inverter of the SPATZM300 series combined with external medium-frequency transformers, is a powerful and low-cost direct current source for the welding current range of 2 kA to 20 kA.
- The 20,000 Hz high-frequency inverter of type DRAGSPATZ is one of the most powerful inverters of the SPATZ family. Inverters of this line are used for welding highly conductive materials such as aluminium, as well as for projection welding applications. The 20 kHz inverter technology assures a precise setting of welding current and welding time. The residual ripple of the current is negligible. With the T6-Pack high-frequency welding transformer, welding currents of up to 65 kA with extremely short current peaks are achieved.
- The powerful high-frequency welding transformers of type T2-Pack, T-4-Pack and T6-Pack are used in combination with the DRAGSPATZ 20 kHz high-frequency inverters. Welding currents of 25 kA, 45 kA and 65 kA are achieved at a duty factor of 7% with welding times of up to 200 ms. The high secondary voltage of 11 V allows very short current rise times, thus ensuring the fast application of energy to the welding spot. This equipment is used for projection welding applications as well as welding highly conductive materials such as aluminium or copper.
- The SPATZBG-02 graphical operating device is the handy, universal operating device for all SPATZ weld power sources. With a functionality which exceeds the normal performance of an operating device or a programming station, the SPATZBG-02 is the connecting link between production, quality control and process engineering.
By the graphic representation of the curve characteristics of weld current, electrode voltage, resistance, power, electrode force and electrode penetration, the weld expert obtains important information on the definition and setting of the weld parameters. The measured values of the welds and the graphic representation of the measured value trends are helpful for the unit operator.
All 10.000 weld data records of the weld data recorder which is integrated in each SPATZ, can be read and stored in the graphical operating device SPATZBG-02.
